i need help

my name is Savannah kessler I'm 14 and i am in a relationship..well i dont know what to say because this is my first blog but i have a question what do you do if your in a relationship and you start to loose interest but the other person is always talking about how much they Love you and you don't wanna hurt there feelings but you hate leading them on? if you can help me out i would love it thanks:)
